According to the report of the Transport Police Service for the first quarter of 2021, a number of 10,524 traffic accident calls were registered throughout Mongolia, 59 people died, 369 people were injured.

When there was a lack of personnel resources in the industry, the company's Human Resources policy was directed to solving the problem, and in 2009, the "Petrovis Future" student scholarship program was implemented.

As part of the memorandum, which will be implemented from 2022, Petrovis Group employees have launched a higher education program through on-the-job training in the leading professional specialty required in Mongolia, namely “Petroleum Engineer”, and the company will provide employee with training discounts. Initially, 12 employees of Petrovis Group, who have signed a training contract, will take part in the program.
