• We will be maintaining the industry leader position by providing utmost customer satisfaction and engraining best practices for sales and service standards.
• We will manage and mitigate potential safety risks through sophisticated operational guidelines and preventative measures in each of business processes - from receiving products at oil depots, storage and transport activities to sales and distribution. 
• We will manage and mitigate human-induced risks through standardization of technical proficiency, professional skills and employee attitude at each level of business operations.  
• We will ensure the readiness of machinery and equipment required for normal and uninterrupted business activities.
• We will improve our business processes through the introduction of advanced technologies, cutting-edge equipment, and automation techniques, and deliver our products and services with market aware competitive terms.

THE FOLLOWING PRINCIPLES TO BE APPLIED WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT POLICY

• We will comply with the laws and other regulations of Mongolia corresponded to occupational health and safety, ensuring appropriate compliances in all of our operation.
• With introduction of the ISO45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system standard, we will develop an integrated OHSMS for planning, implementation and improvement of, and will constantly upgrade its efficiency.
• We will systematically evaluate and mitigate the occupational health and safety risks associated with employees and other stakeholders through preemptive regulations and actions.
• We will prevent potential accident reoccurrences with following measures: i) introducing a solid system to record incidental events ii) investigating real causes behind accidents, and iii) implementing optimal solutions tailored to the reoccurrences.
• All executives of the company are obliged to lead and serve as role models for the company-wide occupational health and safety initiatives, consistently implementing and improving the OHS policies, missions and objectives, plans, rules and directives with utmost efficiency.  
• To increase occupational health and safety awareness among employees and other stakeholders and to boost their active participations, we will regularly organize trainings, campaigns, and knowledge-sharing workshops; and incorporate OHS-aware mentality into our corporate culture

Petrovis Group fully implements the requirements of the environmental legislation, norms and standards of Mongolia, creates an environmental management system that meets international standards, constantly improves it, introduces environmentally friendly products and services, advanced methods, technologies and methods into its activities, prevents risks and introduces a culture of rational use natural resources, and minimize the negative impact on the environment.

THE FOLLOWING PRINCIPLES TO BE APPLIED WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

• We will conduct our business activities in compliance with environmental laws and other legal requirements of Mongolia.
• With the introduction of international standard of environmental management systems ISO14001:2015, the company has adopted planning, implementation, control, and improvement frameworks for environmental protection; and we will maintain our industry leader positions in the respective fields with continuous and consistent enhancements.  
• We will identify problems and risks that may adversely affect the environment during activities such as import, storage and transportation, sales and after sales, and take actions to control these potential risks.
• We will put special emphasis on increasing the consumption of petroleum products that are friendly for the environment.
• The following are our environmental protection measures: prevention of soil, air, and water pollutions, reductions in product spills and wastes, recycling and reuse of wastes, and improvement in-house waste management.
• We will prioritize the use of environmentally-sound technologies and technical equipment in our operations and these will be reflected in the company-wide procurement policy.
• In order to increase knowledge and awareness of environmental protection mentality among all employees and other stakeholders, we will organize trainings, targeted campaigns and educational events, and with this goal in mind, we are planning to start the program called "Environmentally Aware Community" movement.
• We will take effective measures to save natural resources such as energy, fuel, heat, water and paper, and will use per capita consumptions of those resources as the primary saving indicators.
• We will conduct our business activities in transparent and socially responsible ways that reflect following considerations: minimizing negative impacts on human health, environment, and society; and encouraging cooperation with local people and administrations.
