The “Growth Summit Ulaanbaatar 2019” conference was successfully organized for the first time in Mongolia with the aim of sharing global standard management practices and genuine examples of successful and growing companies.
Yesterday, 18 leaders from all sectors made presentations on interesting topics and shared their unique experiences at a conference held at the Corporate Convention Center.
At the conference, the participants not only heard examples and practical ideas for expanding their own business and innovations, but also met and communicated with peer business leaders.
The Petrovis Group, a supporter of small and medium-sized businesses, was the general sponsor of the conference, which brought together aspiring young people, and presented their products and services by placing their banner.
D. Odontuya, Director of Administration and Human Resources of Petrovis Group, took part in the conference as an invited speaker and made a presentation on the topic: “Building an Effective Workforce”.
